Giant couscous200g
Halloumi250g
Garlic cloves2, minced
Tomato2, chopped
Kale100g
Butter30g
Red chili1, finely chopped
Bread2 slices, for croutons
Olive oil1 tbsp

25 minutes
Simmer couscous for 8 minutes. Fry halloumi until golden. Add garlic, tomato, kale, butter, and chili with a little water to a pan and cook until softened. Make croutons, half crunchy and half chewy. Combine everything together and serve.
